Unfortunately, no. We do not offer pet friendly lodging simply because we are small and do not have the resources to accommodate furry family members.  It is paramount for us to maintain the highest standards in cleanliness and ensure guests with allergies, asthma and other health issues are not exposed to residual allergens.  We can only achieve this by enforcing this strict policy.  The window of time between check-outs and check-ins would not allow us the time needed to thoroughly clean the room to our standards by adding the need for professional steam cleaners and added inspections.   

While breakfast is not included in our rates, we do offer a breakfast menu from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, Monday through Saturday. In addition, Banana Dog Cafe on the premise offers the best coffee and quality snacks.

We have a 7 days advance notice cancellation policy for a full refund.  Once that period had passed, we can only provide a refund if any of the nights should get rebooked.  We recommend purchasing 3rd party travel insurance for your trip for those unforeseen circumstances that sneak up on us. 

No, we are located a short, walkable distance to both the ocean and the sound.  We are conveniently located on the corner of Persimmon and Ocean Trail, a mile south of the 4x4 beaches  and on the cusp of the historic village.  

Nope.  We originally planned on adding a pool to the property but have shifted to expand the serene landscaping making it a great place to relax and socialize.  This is currently a work in progress so more info and pictures coming soon.

Only when the Bankers "break out" for a night on the town in the winter.  This is to say, you will not likely see the horses from our inn as they live in the 4x4 beach communities.  You will need a 4x4 vehicle with the tires aired down to look on your own or schedule a horse tour where you will see these beauties and gain lots of knowledge about the horses and Corolla. 

We are a family friendly establishment and so children are indeed welcome!  To book a room however, we require guests to be at least 23 years of age.  We are not a teen/young college student destination for spring break or beach weeks.  Our check-ins are in person, and we may ask for government issued ID.

 Permits go on sale April 1, 2025

• Limited to 300 per week. Permits are $50 each.
